THE BEANO
For quite a few years I did freelance work for The Beano and the soon-to-be-defunct Dandy. I did Billy Whizz for a while, and Desperate Dan and Dennis the Menace. I also did Fred's Bed for the Beezer and Topper, which I believe was reprinted recently in The Beano. Not all these examples are strip cartoons, some are covers or one-off pics, and not all the strips here have the speech bubbles. Apologies for this - I just had to go with what I have available.
